2. Services Provided
Raj Design offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Graphic design (e.g., logo creation, branding materials, brochures, etc.)
- Web development (e.g., website design, development, hosting support, etc.)
- Digital marketing, social media design, and other related services.
Specific service details, including pricing and timelines, will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement through formal proposals or contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide clear and detailed information required for your project (e.g., brand assets, project brief, content).
- Respond promptly to our communications to avoid delays in project completion.
- Ensure that all materials provided for use in your project (e.g., logos, images, etc.) are owned by you or appropriately licensed for use.
4. Project Timelines
Upon accepting a project, Raj Design will work with you to set a reasonable timeline for completion. However, project timelines may be affected by:
- The time taken to receive feedback, assets, or approvals from the client.
- Changes or additional requests made during the project.
We will make every effort to meet deadlines, but are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
5. Revisions and Feedback
We value client feedback and offer a reasonable number of revisions as part of the service agreement. Revisions should:
- Align with the initial project scope.
- Be provided in writing, within the timeframe agreed upon.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required before project commencement.
- Final payment is due upon project completion or delivery of the final product.
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
Raj Design reserves the right to charge interest on late payments as permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Raj Design will transfer the rights of the completed work to you. However, we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to use any design or development work created by Raj Design until full payment is received.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify Raj Design in writing. Depending on the stage of the project:
- You may be required to pay for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Raj Design reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to meet their obligations, such as non-payment or failure to provide necessary information.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality of work, Raj Design is not responsible for:
- Any loss or damage caused by the use of our services.
- The performance or outcome of services based on third-party platforms or external dependencies (e.g., website hosting, plugins, etc.).
Our total liability under this agreement, including any claim related to the services provided, will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Raj Design provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The final products will meet your specific requirements beyond the agreed project scope.
11. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will not share your sensitive business information or materials with third parties without your consent, except as required for the project or as required by law. Similarly, you agree to treat any non-public information about our services and business practices as confidential.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the services provided by Raj Design will be resolved through amicable discussions or in the courts of Jamnagar.
13. Changes to Terms
